Ingredients for making Kacche Aam Ki Teekhi Chutney:

  • Raw Mango - 1 medium size
  • Garlic Petals - 7-8
  • Green Chilli - 4-5 or as per taste
  • Mustard Oil - 1 table spoon
  • Salt as per taste

Procedure for making Kacche Aam Ki Teekhi Chutney:

  1. Peel off the raw mango and then extract the pulp from all the sides. Remove and dispose off the seed.
  2. Now chop the mango pulp into small pieces, peel off the garlic petals, chop off the stem of the green chillis and wash the chillis with plain water.
  3. Now transfer all the ingredients into the mixer jar and grind them together to form a fine paste. The "Kacche Aam Ki Teekhi Chutney" is almost rea.
  4. Transfer the "Kacche Aam Ki Teekhi Chutney" to a serving bowl and add salt and mustard oil to it. Mix the ingredients well. The "Kacche Aam Ki Teekhi Chutney" is now ready to be served.

कच्चे आम की तीखी चटनी बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. कच्चे आम को छील कर और चारों तरफ से गूदा निकाल लें। बीज को निकाल कर हटा दें।
  2. अब आम के गूदे को छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें, लहसुन की पंखुड़ी छीलकर, हरी मिर्च का स्टेम काट लें और मिर्च को सादे पानी से धो लें।
  3. अब सभी सामग्री को मिक्सर जार में डालें और उनका एक बारीक पेस्ट बनाने के लिए उन्हें एक साथ पीस लें। "कच्चे आम की तीखी चटनी" लगभग तैयार है।
  4. "कच्चे आम की तीखी चटनी" को एक सुन्दर कटोरे में निकाल लें और इसमें नमक और सरसों का तेल डालें। अच्छी तरह से सामग्री मिलाएं और आपकी "कच्चे आम की तीखी चटनी" अब परोसने के लिए तैयार है।
