Mango Kulfi Recipe - Learn How To Make Mango Kulfi

Kulfi and summers go hand in hand. Mango Kulfi is yet another Indian ice-cream that is among everyone's favourite and the most easy to make dessert dish. Learn how to make this delicious kulfi with an easy and detailed recipe given below:

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5minutes + minimum 10-12 hours for freezing the kulfi (if leaving it for overnight then 14 hours)

Recipe Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients for making Mango Kulfi / सामग्री:

  • Milk : 1/2 litre; (दूध)
  • Ripe Mango - 1 big size; (पका हुआ आम)
  • Sugar - 2 table spoon, or as per requirement; (चीनी)

Procedure for making Mango Kulfi:

  1. Peel off the mango and then seperate the flesh (mango pulp) from the seed. Remove the seed and transfer the mango flesh (mango pulp) to a blender jar.
  2. Add sugar to the blender jar and then blend to mix the sugar and prepare a smooth paste of the mango flesh (mango pulp).
  3. Then add full cream milk and blend again to prepare a thick shake like mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds or plastic containers. Cover these moulds and containers with their lids and set the mixture to freeze into a kulfi in the freezer.
  5. Allow the mango kulfi to freeze undisturbed for 10-12 hours.
  6. When you wish to serve the mango kulfi then take out the the moulds and containers from the freezer. To remove the mango kulfi from the mould/containers then rub it between your palms and with the help of a knife pull out the freezed mango kulfi. Cut it into pieces and serve.

मैंगो कुल्फी बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. एक पके हुए आम को छीलकर बीज से अलग कर दें (आम के पल्प से बीज को अलग कर दें)। बीज निकाल दें और आम के गूदे (आम के पल्प) को एक ब्लेंडर जार में डालें।
  2. अब ब्लेंडर जार में चीनी डालें और दोनो सामग्री को एक साथ ब्लेंड करके आम के गूदा (आम के पल्प) का एक चिकना पेस्ट तैयार करें।
  3. फिर ब्लेंडर जार में फुल क्रीम दूध डालें और ब्लेंड करके थिक शेक तैयार करें।
  4. कुल्फी मोल्ड्स या प्लास्टिक कंटेनर में मिश्रण को डालें। इन मोल्ड्स या प्लास्टिक कंटेनर में मैंगो कुल्फी के मिश्रण को डालने के बाद उनके ढक्कन के साथ कवर करें।
  5. अब मैंगो कुल्फी को जमने के लिए फ़्रीजर में रखें। मैंगो कुल्फी को कम से कम 10-12 घंटों के लिए फ़्रीज करें।
  6. जब आप मैंगो कुल्फी को परोसना चाहते हैं तो फ्रीजर से कुल्फी मोल्ड्स या प्लास्टिक कंटेनर को बाहर निकालें। मैंगो कुल्फी को कुल्फी मोल्ड्स या प्लास्टिक कंटेनर से निकालने के लिए फिर अपने हथेलियों से रगड़ें और फिर चाकू की सहायता से मैंगो कुल्फी को एक प्लेट में निकालें।
  7. इसे टुकड़ों में काटें और परोसें।
