Nachos With White Cream Sauce and Vegetable Topping Recipe

Nachos with white cream sauce and vegetable topping is one dish that you can find in almost every hi-fi restaurant n bar these days in metro cities. They serve 5 pieces in one plate and price it at above 250 rupees. Every restaurant has it's own variation and the topping varies with the experiment. They name it such a way that nobody can guess what is it. You no longer need to get intimidated by these names, you can cook your own. Given below is the recipe of Nachos with white cream sauce and vegetable topping that you can easily cook at home:

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients सामग्री:

  • Nachos - 6
  • Ingredients for Whit Sauce:
    • Milk - 1 cup
    • Cheese - 1/2 cup
    • Salt - 1 pinch
    • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Ingredients for vegetable toppings:
    • Red, Green and Yellow Capsicum - 2 inches big square pieces of each color; finely chopped along the length
    • Babycorn - 2-3; boiled and then finely chopped
    • Onion - 1 medium size, finely chopped
    • Coriander Leaves - as per requirement; finely chopped
    • Green Chillis - 3; finely chopped
    • Tomato - 1 medium size, remove sides and then finely chop the tomato
    • Salt as per taste
    • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    • Refine oil or Butter - as per requirement
    • Tomato Sauce - 2 table spoon
    • Grated Cheese - 3 table spoon
    • Lemon - 1/2 of medium size

Procedure for making Nachos With White Cream Sauce and Vegetable Topping:

  1. Procedure for making White Cream Sauce:
    1. Take the milk and cheese in a pan and place on the gas stove on medium flame. Stir to mix the cheese and milk. The milk solution will thicken like a sauce as the cheese will melt and mixes well with the milk.
    2. Now add 1 pinch salt and 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder to this milky sauce. Mix the ingredients and then turn off the flame. The white creamy sauce is now ready to be used for topping the nachos. Allow it to cool while you prepare the vegetable topping.
  2. Procedure for making Vegetable Topping:
    1. Heat some refined oil or butter in a kadhai and add the finely chopped onion, capsicum (red, green and yellow) and baby corn to it. Stir and saute the vegetables for 2 minutes over medium flame. Then add the green chillis and tomato to it.
    2. Add black pepper powder, tomato sauce and salt to it. Mix all the ingredients well.
    3. Now add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice to it. Mix again and then turn off the flame.
  3. Now place the plain nachos in a plate and pour some white sauce over them.
  4. Then put a layer of sauteed vegetables, followed by some finely chopped onion, capsicum and capsicum coriander leaves.
  5. If required sprinkle some red chilli flakes. Then sprinkle some grated cheese and your crispy "Nachos With White Cream Sauce and Vegetable Topping"are ready to be served.

नाचोस विथ क्रीम सॉस और वेजिटेबल टॉपिंग बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. व्हाइट क्रीम सॉस बनाने की प्रक्रिया:
    1. दूध और चीज़ को पैन में डालें और मध्यम आँच पर पैन को गैस स्टोव पर रखें। दूध को लगातार चलाते रहें जिस्से कि चीज़ दूध में पिघलकर अच्छे से घुल जाये। इस मिश्रण को तब तक  चलाएं जब तक यह सॉस की तरह गाढ़ा न होजाए।
    2. अब इसमें 1 चुटकी नमक और ½ छोटी चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर डालें। सामग्री मिक्स करें और फिर आँच बंद करें। व्हाइट क्रीम सॉस अब नाचोस की टॉपिंग के लिए तैयार है।
  2. वेजिटेबल टॉपिंग बनाने की प्रक्रिया:
    1. कढ़ाई में कुछ रिफाइंड तेल या मक्खन गर्म करें और इसमें बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज, शिम्ला मिर्च (लाल, हरा और पीला) और बेबी कॉर्न डालें। 2 मिनट के लिए सब्जी को मध्यम आँच पर पकने दें।
    2. फिर इसमें बारीक कटा हुई हरी मिर्च और टमाटर को इसमें डालें।
    3. इसमें काली मिर्च पाउडर, टोमैटो सॉस और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह से सभी सामग्री मिक्स करें।
    4. अब इसमें कटा हुआ धनिया के पत्ते और नींबू का रस डालें। फिर से मिक्स करें और फिर आँच बंद करें।
  3. अब एक प्लेट में सादे नाचोस को रखें और उन पर व्हाइट क्रीम सॉस डालॆं।
  4. फिर एक परत वेजिटेबल टॉपिंग की डालें, कुछ बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज, शिमला मिर्च और धनिया के पत्ते डालॆं।
  5. यदि आवश्यक हो तो थोड़ा रेड चिल्ली फ़्लेक्स छिड़कें। फिर कुछ कसा हुआ चीज़ छिड़कें और आपका "नाचोस विथ क्रीम सॉस और वेजिटेबल टॉपिंग" तैयार हैं।
