Ingredients for Dahi Aloo Tikki Chaat:

  • Ingredients for 2 aloo tikki:
    • Boiled Aloo - 2 big size (उबले हुए आलू)
    • Corn Flour - 1 table spoon (कार्नफ़्लोर)
    • Salt as per taste (स्वाद के अनुसार नमक)
    • Refined oil (रिफाइंड तेल)
  • Curd - 1 small cup (दही)
  • Chaat Masala Powder - as per requirement (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • Red Chilli Powder - as per requirement (चाट मसाला पाउडर)
  • Salt as per taste (स्वाद के अनुसार नमक)
  • Sprouted green gram - 1 table spoon (अंकुरित मूंग)
  • Besan ka sev or Bhujia - 1 table spoon (बेसन के सेव या भुजिया)
  • Imli ki meethi chutney - as per requirement (इमली की मीठी चटनी)
  • Hare dhaniye ki chutney - as per requirement (हरे धानीये की चटनी)

Procedure for making Dahi Aloo Tikki Chaat:

  2. Now beat the the curd to make it smooth without any lumps in it.
  3. Then take a serving plate and put a layer of smoothened curd, sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder over it.
  4. Place the aloo tikki on the layer of curd and pour imli ki meethi chutney and hare dhaniye ki chutney over it.
  5. Then add some sprouted green gram over the tikki followed by some salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder.
  6. Add some besan ka sev or bhujia and the hot crispy and tempting aloo tikki chaat is ready to be served.

दही आलू टिक्की चाट बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. उबले हुए आलू, कार्नफ़्लोर, स्वाद के अनुसार नमक और रिफाइंड तेल के साथ गर्म-गर्म आलू टिक्की तैयार करें। आलू टिक्की बनाने के लिए नीचे दी गई लिंक पर क्लिक करें।

  5. अब टिक्की पर अंकुरित मूंग डालें और फिर से थोड़ा नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और चाट मसाला पाउडर अंकुरित मूंग पर डालें।
  6. अब थोड़ा बेसन के सेव या भुजिया डालें। आपकी गर्म-गर्म आलू टिक्की चाट परोसने के लिए तैयार है।
