Mango Shake Recipe - Learn How To Make Mango Shake

Mango Shake is the most relished, cool, smooth and filling drink that is being prepared in every household. It is simple to make and loved by people of all ages. Top it with ice cubes and serve this summer cooler drink to beat the heat. Learn how to make this delicious and quick shake with the help of the recipe given below:

Recipe Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients for making Mango Shake / सामग्री:

  • Milk : 1/2 litre; (दूध)
  • Ripe Mango - 1 big size; (पका हुआ आम)
  • Sugar - 2 table spoon, or as per requirement; (चीनी)
  • Ice Cubes - as per requirement; (बर्फ के क्यूब्स)

Procedure for making Mango 

  1. Peel off the mango and then seperate the flesh (mango pulp) from the seed. Remove the seed and transfer the mango flesh (mango pulp) to a blender jar.
  2. Add sugar to the blender jar and then blend to mix the sugar and prepare a smooth paste of the mango flesh (mango pulp).
  3. Then add milk and blend again to prepare a thick shake.
  4. Pour the shake in serving glasses or shake bottle. Add ice cubes as per requirement and serve.

मैंगो शेक बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. एक पके हुए आम को छीलकर बीज से अलग कर दें (आम के पल्प से बीज को अलग कर दें)। बीज निकाल दें और आम के गूदे (आम के पल्प) को एक ब्लेंडर जार में डालें।
  2. अब ब्लेंडर जार में चीनी डालें और दोनो सामग्री को एक साथ ब्लेंड करके आम के गूदा (आम के पल्प) का एक चिकना पेस्ट तैयार करें।
  3. फिर ब्लेंडर जार में दूध डालें और ब्लेंड करके थिक शेक तैयार करें।
  4. इस मैंगो शेक को शेक की बोतल या सुंदर से गिलास में डालें और आवश्यकतानुसार बर्फ के क्यूब्स डालकर स्वादिश्ट मैंगो शेक को परोसें।
