Amla Juice Recipe - Learn How To Make Amla Juice

The mild flavor of coriander leaves makes this juice even more tasty and refreshing. So kick start your day by preparing this refreshing, medicinal and energy drink with the help of detailed recipe and step by step photos given below:

Ingredients for Amla Juice / सामग्री:

  • Indian Gooseberry - 3; (आँवला)
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 cmall cup; (धनिया के पत्ते)
  • Salt as per taste; (स्वाद के अनुसार नमक)
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder or Chaat Masala Powder - as per requirement for garnishing; (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर या चाट मसाला पाउडर)
  • Water - 2 glass; (पानी)

Procedure for making Amla Ka Juice:

  1. Wash the Indian gooseberries well with plain water. Then chop them into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Seperate the fresh coriander leaves from the roots and wash them well with water too. Then chop the coriander leaves.
  3. Now take the chopped Indian gooseberries and coriander leaves in a mixer jar.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water and grind the 2 ingredients together to form a fine paste.
  5. Pour 2 glass ice-cold water in a deep vessel or jug.
  6. Add the paste of the Indian gooseberries and coriander leaves to water and stir to prepare a uniform juice.
  7. Add salt as per taste and stir to mix again.
  8. Strain the juice into another vessel with a sieve.
  9. Now pour the juice prepared into 2 glasses and garnish with roasted cumin seeds powder or chaat masala powder.
  10. Add ice cubes as per requirement and the refreshing, Vit C rich drink is ready to be served.

आँवला जूस बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. आँवला को सादे पानी के साथ अच्छी तरह से धोएं और फिर उन्हें छोटे टुकड़ों में बीज हटाकर काट लें।
  2. ताजे धनिया के पत्तों को जड़ से अलग करें और उन्हें भी सादे पानी से अच्छी तरह से धोएं और काट लें।
  3. अब एक मिक्सर जार में कटा हुआ आँवला और धनिया के पत्ते लें।
  4. 1/2 कप पानी डालें और दोनो सामग्री को पीसकर बारीक पेस्ट बनाएं।
  5. एक गहरे पतीले या जग में 2 ग्लास ठंडा पानी डालें।
  6. आँवला और धनिया के पत्तों के पेस्ट को पानी में डालें और मिलाकर एक समान जूस तैयार करें।
  7. स्वाद के अनुसार नमक डालें और फिर से मिलाएं।
  8. एक चलनी से आँवला के जूस को दूसरे पतीले में छान लें।
  9. अब 2 गिलास में तैयार जूस डालें और भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर या चाट मसाला पाउडर के साथ गार्निश करें।
  10. बर्फ क्यूब्स आवश्यकतानुसार डालें और ताज़ा, विट सी से भरपूर आँवला जूस सेवन करने के लिए तैयार है।
