Banana Shake Recipe - Learn How To Make Banana Shake

When you are in a rush in the morning and thinking of skipping breakfast, all you need a glass full of banana shake to keep you charged up for the day. This shake is loaded with fibre and potassium from banana and protein of milk. Learn how to make this healthy and tasty shake with the help of detailed recipe given below:

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Recipe Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients for making Banana Shake / सामग्री :

  • Banana (केला) - 2 medium sized (2 मध्यम आकार का); roughly chopped (मोटे तौर पर कटा हुआ)
  • Milk (दूध) - 250 ml
  • Honey (शहद या मधु) - as per taste (स्वाद अनुसार); (you can also use sugar (चीनि) if honey (शहद या मधु) is not available or if you do not like its taste)
  • For garnishing you can use either of the below ingredients:
    • Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनि पाउडर) - 1/2 tea spoon (1/2 छोटी चम्मच)
    • Grated chocolate (कसा हुआ चॉकलेट) - 1/2 tea spoon (1/2 छोटी चम्मच)
  • Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) - as per requirement (आवश्यकता के अनुसार)

Procedure for making Banana Shake:

  1. Peel off 2 bananas and chop  them roughly into small pieces.
  2. Now transfer the chopped banana to the mixer jar and add 1 small cup milk to it.
  3. Blend the two ingredients together to make a smooth puree (the puree should be smooth with no pieces of banana in it).
  4. Then add the remaining milk and honey (or sugar) to the mixer jar and blend all the ingredients together for 1-1.5 minutes.
  5. Pour the shake prepared into a serving glass and put some ice cubes as per your requirement.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon powder or grated chocolate and the banana shake is ready to be served. 

बनाना शॆक बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. दोनों केलों को छील कर मोटे तौर पर काटें 
  2. फिर केलों के टुकड़ों को एक मिक्सी में 1 छोटे कप दूध के साथ डालें
  3. अब दोनों सामग्री को एक साथ बारीख पीसकर प्यूरी बनालें
  4. फिर बचा हुआ सारा दूध और शहद या मधु (या चीनी) इस प्यूरी में डालें और १-१.५ मिनट तक ब्लेंड करें
  5. अब बनाये हुए शेक को एक अच्छे से ग्लास में डालें
  6. ऊपर से बर्फ़ के टुक्डे डालें और दालचीनि पाउडर या कसा हुआ चॉकलेट ऊपर से डालकर परोसिये

(Tips: 1. Blend the ingredients together to form a smooth and fine puree with pieces of banana in it)
