Lakshmi Recipes is committed to protecting your privacy and information. This policy covers our online shop and the recipes and food stories we publish on this website.
You do not need an account to read our recipes and food stories, and we do not ask for personal information to read them. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information when a page is opened (such as IP address, browser and device type, and the page requested). We use it only to run, secure and improve the website.
When you create an account or place an order, we collect the details needed to complete it: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and your order history. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card or bank details.
Certain information related to an order, such as the delivery address and contact information at delivery, is shared with our delivery and service providers for smooth delivery and communication related to the order. Apart from the purposes mentioned in this policy, your personal information is not shared with or sold to any third parties.
We use cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for the website to work, for example to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your personal data or to build profiles of you with third parties.
We collect data for the following purposes:
If we wish to use your personal data for any new purposes, we will ask for your consent to such use in advance.
We reserve the right to share your personal information if we are obliged to by law, and to enable us to apply our terms and conditions and other agreements. This includes exchanging information with other organizations for fraud and credit risk reduction.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, while we try to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
If at any time you wish to be completely removed from all our systems, or if you want to see or update any personal data we have about you, please email us at care@lakshmirecipes.com.
We will always ask you before subscribing you to our marketing and promotions newsletters or any other marketing channels, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
