Apple shake is an extremely easy and tasty way of incorporating this high fibre fruit in you daily diet and making everyone fall in love with it. It can be served as a breakfast dish in the morning or at any time during the day to cool-off in hot summers. Learn how to make this yummy shake with the help of the detailed recipe given below:

Recipe Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients for making Apple Shake / सामग्री :

  • Apple (सेब) - 1 medim size (1 मध्यम आकार का); roughly chopped (मोटे तौर पर कटा हुआ)
  • Milk (दूध) - 250 ml
  • Honey (शहद या मधु) - 1 tea spoon (1 छोटी चम्मच); (you can also use sugar (चीनि) if honey (शहद या मधु) is not available or if you do not like its taste)
  • For garnishing you can use either of the below ingredients:
    • Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनि पाउडर) - 1/2 tea spoon (1/2 छोटी चम्मच)
    • Grated chocolate (कसा हुआ चॉकलेट) - 1/2 tea spoon (1/2 छोटी चम्मच)
  • Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) - as per requirement (आवश्यकता के अनुसार)

Procedure for making Apple Shake:

  1. Peel the apple and then roughly chop it into small pieces.
  2. Then transfer the chopped pieces of apple to a mixer jar and add 1 small cup milk to it.
  3. Blend the two ingredients together to make a smooth puree (the puree should be smooth with no pieces of apple in it).
  4. Then add the remaining milk and honey to the mixer jar and blend all the ingredients together for 1-1.5 minutes.
  5. Pour the shake prepared into a serving glass and put some ice cubes as per your requirement.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon powder or grated chocolate and the apple shake is ready to be served. 

एपल शॆक बनाने की प्रक्रिया:

  1. सेब को छील कर मोटे तौर पर काटें 
  2. फिर सेब के टुकड़ों को एक मिक्सी में 1 छोटे कप दूध के साथ डालें
  3. अब दोनों सामग्री को एक साथ बारीख पीसकर प्यूरी बनालें
  4. फिर बचा हुआ सारा दूध और शहद या मधु इस प्यूरी में डालें और १-१.५ मिनट तक ब्लेंड करें
  5. अब बनाये हुए शेक को एक अच्छे से ग्लास में डालें
  6. ऊपर से बर्फ़ के टुक्डे डालें और दालचीनि पाउडर या कसा हुआ चॉकलेट ऊपर से डालकर परोसिये

(Tips: 1. Blend the ingredients together to form a smooth and fine puree with no pieces of apple in it)
